James Lozoya

Mr. James Lozoya is the firm’s Intake Manager who assists with handling all new potential client communications, both English and Spanish speakers. Mr. Lozoya helps to field the initial questions about the firm, the overview of case progression and gathering all pertinent information to schedule consultations for Mrs. Lozoya.

As the firm’s first point of contact, Mr. Lozoya understands how important it is to have someone who fully understands the process and can ensure that potential clients feel comfortable in their decision to contact Lozoya Law to handle their injury claim.

Mr. Lozoya is Attorney Lozoya’s husband and an extremely important asset to the firm, its creation and its ultimate success. He not only handles all incoming potential clients but works behind the scenes assisting with the day-to-day functions of the business. When they are not working on firm business, Mrs. and Mr. Lozoya enjoy spending time with their children, hanging out with friends and family, and going to the beach.
